Welcome to Exotica Pets Paradiso (Exotic Pets Paradise or EPP for short). Do tell us if you've any request for setups, pets products or exotic pets (legal ones). We'll try our best to source for the best products and healthiest pets for you!

Please take a while to read the following...

*Item sold is not refundable.

*Payment is to be made within 3 days upon order confirmation. If not, the order will be forfeited.

*For setups, upon confirmation we'll require a 50% down payment to be transfered to our bank account.

*Self collection will be at Sembawang MRT station.

*Free delivery for purchase above $100 will be provided.

*Registered mail can be arranged with an additional cost of SG$3 and for every subsequent item please add SG$0.50.

*Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost items/mails through normal postage.

*If you are from outside of Singapore please state in your enquiry

*Payment for international customers are strictly by Paypal only.
